Eton House

Eton House is a section of a larger existing property park in Maidenhead UK that was undergoing redevelopment at the time these images were commissioned. The main building was being stripped back and completely refurbished including a new extended reception with quite an industrial and minimal design. Lots of exposed concrete, dark metals and visible services across the floor plates.

The building is intended to house small to medium size businesses in a communal environment so there’s lots of flexible scaling of the workspaces with freestanding walls and layouts. The site also includes a cafe area in the reception area and meeting room options in the courtyard space.

Beyond that, the main park area surrounding the building includes a lake, woodland running track, tennis courts and multiple food and drink trucks to make the most of the community spirit.

The images are full CG to give us the best flexibility with the compositions so we were able to work all the woodland and grasses etc into the best positions to frame the images. They were then used to send out to prospective clients in Knight Franks marketing brochures and then used for online advertising as well via their website, details page right >
